The mission at LoYo Wellness and Jessica Kishpaugh Coaching is to empower women to feel beautiful, confident and comfortable without destructive diets or self-punishment, so they can live a life of health, body positivity and food freedom.
How we help
As a Holistic Nutritionist, Nutrition Psychology Counselor and Emotional Eating Coach, Jessica works with women to heal and nourish their relationship with food and body through the power of food psychology and habit change.
Jessica specializes in nutrition psychology, emotional eating, binge eating, stress reduction and mindfulness.
With an intuitive eating and self care approach, Jessica counsels clients to let go of restrictive dieting, nourish mind and body and releasing emotional attachment to food, in order to boost metabolism, sustain weight loss goals and navigate emotional eating with ease.
About Jessica
Jessica Kishpaugh is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a Mind Body Nutrition Psychology Coach, and soon to be a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, as well as a Wellness Educator and Speaker. She founded The LoYo Method coaching program for women to heal and nourish their relationship with food and body through the power of food psychology and habit change. Jessica specializes in eating behaviors, nutrition psychology, emotional eating, binge eating, stress reduction and mindfulness. She has a Juris Doctor degree from The Columbus School of Law and B.S. in Communications with a Minor in Psychology/Human Development from Cornell University. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and 3 children.
